I feel safest at home. I don't have to deal with unpleasant people or see the world as it is. I dread going to a job I can't stand anymore. Depression just stops me from accomplishing anything and struggling on my own.

Hi Zoolu -

I can realte about the job part at the very least. Every monday feels like the last day of summer vacation. huge let down.

my home is most assuredly my safety zone, but I do leave it.

and I invite others to visit me there as well.

I like it that I'm in a four plex that is occupied by others in y recovery fellowship.

no way wou.d they let me get away with isolating.

are you in a program of recovery? I'm sorry I don't know you better... I'm kinda new to the MH boards....been at SR for eighteen months now... just new over here...

Zoolu....i understand you more than words can express, BUT there are SO many great things in the world to be seen and as well.

You still at the job? Or looking for a more enjoyable one now?

Still at the same job. I just have to work next to a miserable person. I don't get out much. No significant other. I don't have much money. I love summer just to be outside, Winter sucks!

Doesn't help that I've been sick for the last 3 days. I just want to stay in seclusion

when I was coming off the lexapro - IO buried myself so far in the apt - but I also thank GOD I'm next door to the world's MOST pragmatic registered nurse who just has NO clue what a hint is.... she simply would NOT let me dig myself completely under...

and yeah for the most part winter sux.

you getting enough sunlight? or do you work nights like me?
