| Celexa and codeine
I picked up celexa(citalopram) from my doc today. On the instrutions it said do not take with codeine. I am on t3"s. anyone heard of this. The phamisist said there was no conflict but the handout he gave me says there is. Again, Not medical advice but opinions. Dave |

The pharmacist is the expert when it comes to meds interaction. The doc only has limited education in that area; it's the pharmacist who has studied it in debth. Trust the pharmacist. Question him/her more if you will feel better about it -- ie, "why does the package say not to mix, and you say it's ok?" They will not be offended; it is their area of expertise. Shalom!
