Stress, depression and health
Hi...
I know that depression affects all of the body, and so nothing
is stable or at balance.
For example, i sweat just by doing an average task, and
my heart goes racing just by anything. And i ran, and
did biking almost every day.
One of the things that i've struggled with is dandruff.
I thought it was related to something else. But with
my doctor i've come to the conclusion it's related
to the nerves acting up...
I've heard about other people here on how they too
develop problems on their skin.
I just want to ask if anybody has seen major changes
in the response of the body to the fading of stress
and control of depression..?
What i mean is, is anybody here
who has in fact seen major changes after
medication worked?
I feel like until i control the depression,
my body won't be able to be stable...
i guess it's like the yoga teachers say
that nothing will be ok until the soul is...
thanks..have a nice weekend!

When my anxiety is high, I suffer from exema. My hand especially, but, at worst, my arms and legs break out.
When I'm doing ok, they are fine.
Yes, the body does show the results of it's internal stress!
Shalom!

Wow, yes. I have had a skin problem, ecxema that just started last summer. I was at the pinnacle of stress. But, after 50 years of NEVER having a single skin problem, I have developed this. It has me stumped. I only get it behind the knees. I think it is possible for the body to develop reactions to stress and stress relief!
