So.....what happened????
I always speak truthfully and confidently with my mental health providers and as I discuss my meds and such with them it is clear I have done my homework and usually find them willing to work with me.

I tell my doc the truth and he hammers me for it.

Oh well, I guess I deserve it when he tells me what to do and later when he finds out I dont do it.................

"Did u do what I asked u to do??"

No doc, I did thus and so........the opposite of what u told me".........

"Okay, Im going to do this, and that for u instead,..........U wont like this, but its for ur own good..............."

Oh, great, I should've just lied..........He wouldve never found out.........maybe.......
