| I am new here! Need help!!!!!
Just found out a few years ago that I am bi-polar. My moods go from one to the other. Hot and cold and sometimes it gets out of hands. At times i have lost friends becuase of this and have no friends that understand what I go thru on a daily basis. Please help.

Others will be along in your situation, I just want to welcome you. Are you getting medical + professional psychological treatment?

Hello, I'm new also. I'm also BP. A VERY good psych, alot of reading, and ask LOTS of questions. For me it was a relief to finally be diagnosed because then i could on the RIGHT meds (MS's as opposed to AD's!). Find a good doc you are comfortable with, one that will listen to you and not just hand you a prescription...had a few of those. It is a little scary but just think, NOW they will know best how to help you. Wishing you luck. Pls PM anytime if you like. romp |
