Depression

I am just very depressed. Nothing has happen to cause this..My husband got mad because I didn't want to talk..I just want to be alone..I haven't even wanted to get out of bed..It just that I feel so alone and nobody understands....They are quick to judge without having all the facts. How I wished I knew why I do some of the things that I do..I try so hard, but keep messing up...I know that I should pick myself up, dust myself off, and try again..However, I just do not feel I have the strength to do this..Sorry if this doesn't make any sense.

I just found out that a cousin died early this morning..She was more like an aunt to me than a cousin..She was 64 yrs. old. They think she died from a blood clot..
She had broken her arm last week..

I am on 3 medications for aniexty and depression..However, it just seems that
they are not working..Perhaps the depression is being caused by all the stress and things that have happen lately. I just found out about 1/2 hour ago that a cousin had recently died.

Karlee, I know the abyss you have found yourself in. You are making perfect sense. Please get with your doctor and tell him/her exactly what you have said here. You many need different meds to counteract the depression and the abyss that feels so deep that you'll never get out.

It took quite some time and trial and error literally to find a medication that actually helped me. Thankfully it is still working four years later and I have not had to see the abyss for quite a while now.

Please contact your Dr. you do not have to feel this way.

Karlee, I am so sorry for your loss. Losing someone u love is so hard. Like Laurie said u need to get to the doctors, they may need to raise or change your meds. Just know that u are not alone and someone is thinking of u. Hugs out to u.
