Struggling Right Now!!!!

I am having a really hard time right now. I have not changed or stopped taking my meds. but I am in a real slump. Feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. I have upped my AD and I am hoping to feel some relief soon. Just feeling sorry for myself I guess.

of the seasons, not sure why, but it's just like clock

work. Knowing what it is for me, helps me to deal with

I hear ya. with me it is the rat race of external crap along with the self doubt that leads me down the path to depression. I believe depression is a disease and like a lot of diseases, there can be relapses.

I dont know where Im going with this, but this too shall pass. Something that helps me is to go back in the past and read some of my other posts when I felt this way.

After I read the thread thru I usually find that I have come out of it OK. Hey weve made it this far!!!

Humility is a great thing for me to strive for as well, because of course I am always filled with me me and me. Hang in there, let go, ask God or someone for help.

You dont sound like you are feeling sorry for yourself, you sound tired and discouraged. And if I am right, you need to rest. Start with a warm bath tonight, you deserve it!!!!
