Cymbalta and sleep?

hello, I'm recently taking cymbalta for a few weeks, slowly increasing the dosage...Sort of wanted to share about my experience, and see if others can help...

This med is having a calming effect. I notice my thinking changing somewhat, like I'm a little less anxious, but it isn't exactly taking away the depression.

Then, there is the effect on my sleep! I had a horrible time sleeping before, but it seems w-o-r-s-e on the cymbalta...

Wondering if others would share their experience...and could share if it got better. positive thoughts would be appreciated.

(thanks)

Cymbalta and sleep

I'm currently taking 60mg of cymbalta and I have started sleeping ten to twelve hours a day. I do not have any depressive symptoms, so I can only link it to the Cymbalta. My Dr. had previously upped my dosage to 120mg, which made me a walking zombie. I did some research and found that 60+ mg of cymbalta had not shown any greater benefit than 60. Has anyone else experienced the sleeping all the time w/ cymbalta?
