not too much to say though. 9 months ago I made a bad decision by picking prescription painkillers over my Higher Power. And of course, now I am in a jam. For some reason or another I am paralyzed with fear to go to an AA meeting or a NA meeting. I just cant let my wife and kids know about this, I need to somehow put this horrible mistake behind me and try to find myself again. The tattered horse in the "Velveteen Rabbit" was right. Sometimes it hurts to become real. Thank you all for your kind thoughts and inquiries, I will try to keep posting and with your help, maybe I can get out of this insanity I have started. Mike

Mike...just to let you know that you are supported and not judged here. Yes, it hurts to become real sometimes...but you know what? Give that reality over to your HP and let it be handled. You take care of the minor details and let your HP take care of the rest. It will all come to you if you just allow. Ask and Allow. Don't fight it or resist...just let it happen. Sending healing thoughts to you Mike. ![]() Wolfstarr |
