Johnny Airtime in his 2nd public jump, on the way up to the apogee. This was a jump over 16 Chevrolet Camaros. He cleared the last car by 40 feet. This jump happened in 1984 at Armadillo Speedway, Abilene, Texas. Also during the show, a quarter pipe bicycle jumping exhibition was conducted, along with a break dancing exhibition by the winners of a local 16 hour long dance contest. Johnny was still in the Air Force when this picture was taken. |
