Machete or samurai sword
They never run out of bullets.
Shotgun second choice.

lol what a great thread...

I would euh....

it's a good question actually.....
what weapon would I pick....
sobriety and compassion

LOL....

forget compassion in this case,
I would take two .44 handguns.
dual wielding looks awsome
and an aliminum self=spiked baseballbat in case I run out of bullets.

Well...sobriety can definitely be handy in this situation...you'd need your witts about you. Also...yeah go with compassion. When you are trying to help them, and they are eating you, I will run to safety. Works for me.

Ok...the .44 hand guns...good choice. Very powerful weapon, and decent back up with the spiked bats. The problem I foresee is you will either need, or you will need to be with someone that has, a longer range weapon. Maybe a shotgun, but I'm thinking more of a rifle.

If I follow my plans, there may be a chance that I am locked away safe for a bit. However to escape that location (if needed), I may need to pic some Zombies off from a safe distance...that is why I will have my AR-15 with a red dot site. That is my long range rifle. I have a sling for it, so it can also work as a close range weapon. Course I'll also have 2 semi auto hand guns and a bow if needed.

Anyway...you can do some damage with 2 .44's...just be careful.

You can get free Zombie preparedness posters from the Center for Disease control. I wanted to post a pic of the poster, but it didn't work.

I'd go with surveyors brush axe and P99 with crosscut ammo for backup.

Tactical Canned bacon for food for when there is a Zombie Apocalypse. I bought several cans. Over 50 pieces of bacon in each can. That'll last a bit. 10 year shelf life.

"A pistol is the wepon you use to get back to the rifle that you never should have left in the first place." I don't remember where I read that but I liked it.

I'm not sure - of course some type of gun would be great, especially if they are fast moving Zombies - but unless you are boarded up in a gun shop with unlimited bullets, a gun can only last so long.

I think a super lightweight perfect-balance precision hand made Japanese sword would be the most useful longterm.

We were all zombies in our addictions alway running from the light seeking the darkness and others brains and souls and hopes to feed on to satisfy our never ending hunger of our self destruction and the destruction of others.Instead of bringing death by our weapons of judgement against those trapped by their insatiable appetites for death. Shouldnt our weapons be those of hope, compassion, love, and deliverance for darkness and brought into the light.Iam my brothers keeper.Because in keeping my brother Gods grace keeps me through Jesus. We can only keep what we have by giving it away. What you have freely received freely give.Life is a gift give it to someone because someone once gave it to you.
