| Soys Negative Effects
I was reading my latest edition of the Men's Health magazine and although I don't eat soy products I found this article on the bad effects of soy on men quite interesting. If it is true it is some bad stuff. I don't know if I can post this link as it is a for sale magazine so if I am in violation of the rules I apologize. It is not intentional. I found the article online by googling men's health soy products. Soy's Negative Effects - Men's Health Any comments?

I consume a lot of soy with no effect on my performance whatsover.. This article is deceptive.. it leaves out the fact that probably a billion or more men in Eastern Asia consume lots of soy everyday in tofu, edameme, and other soy products. And it doesn't affect their fertility or libido at all. Thats why there are a billion people in China and half that in Japan and Korea. Not only that, people have lower cancer rates in Japan as well. If everyone started eating soy heart disease rates in this country would plummet.

Soy is really BAD for men to consume. studies show a significant drop in testosterone levels in men after consuming soy. It contains estrogen mimicking compounds which provide negative feedback on the HPTA Ever wonder why men in Asia are said to have smaller genitals? I think soy gets credit. |
