| Erectile Dysfunction Alcohol?
Hey, I am 26 and I started drinking 8-9 months ago...mostly on weekends I had 4-5 beers...some times I also drank on weekdays. Now this is the problem: 10 days ago I drank 4-5 beers daily for 3 days. i.e around 13-15 beers in 3-4 days, since then I have not had any erections. Even if I try to masturbate I cannot get erections at all, I am really concerned if this has something to do with my drinking? Please let me know. |

I used to have that problem when I drank a lot and now that I don't drink it has gone away. It didn't really affect my sex life because the times I drank too much there was no way I was getting any anyways.

The only instances I recall of having erectile dysfunction after drinking several beers over extended periods of time were directly related to who was lying next to me when I woke up, lol. You're young, it should pass. |

According to this article, alcohol doesn't cause erectile dysfunction: Erectile Dysfunction and Alcohol Yet...according to this one, alcohol can create an erection problem for some men: Erectile Dysfunction: practical tips | infosex.com A good idea would be to speak with your doctor.

I would definitely check with the Doc. You are very young to be affected by that amount of beer. Something else may be going on and you need to have a Doc do an assessment. Things like diabetes can also cause problems like you are experiencing. This is the kind of stuff you want to know about right away.
