you need special "beer goggles" that can only be earned by drinking 78 European beers in under 37.5 minutes, then you have you have to "streak" down to the local 7-11 and bark 3 times at the clerk, then run around (still naked) the local courthouse square 3 times and the nice men that come to greet you award you the special "tap that keg" beer googles
