| A Question of Where this Post Belongs
I have a question that related to a side effecf of medication which has resulted in a complete loss of my "ability" to be intimate with a woman. I would welcome any "Esh" or a moderator telling me that this belongs in another forum....

The Men's forum may be a good place but asking your Dr about it may be a better place to get answers.

Hi all... Obviously, the post belonged here, as one of the board monitors appropriately moved it to this section. Yes, I did seek medical attention for this issue when I was seeing a young woman about 8 months back. She was very into sex, and I just was unable to perform at all. I went to the MD who was my PCP at the time and he told me that my body has "no testosterone" in it. He prescribed medication which he explained was basically anabolic steroids. My insurance plan actually had to approve this medicine in order that I would be reimbursed for it. Short story, as an addict, I never filled the prescription due to my fear of being eventually hooked on 3 drugs. However, this issue is making me very hesitant to initiate any new relationships with women, and I've been alone basically for 5 years, since my divorce. A second opinion resulted in my getting samples of a medication called Levitra. I never used it since that relationship ended and no opportunity has evoilved since that time. I basically think I am impotent based on my pain management medications, which are methadone and neurontin. I also am on Effexor and Klonopin, the latter which I am tapering from. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it.
