Yeah, I built a few ramps as a kid doing my Evel Knievel thing. I had the Evel Knievel Gyro cycle too. It was indesructable. I used to jump it off the roof. I was thinking about renting the movie where George Hamilton plays him. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0067069/ Havent seen that one in years.

Somehow, I missed the news until now... Yeah, as kids, we were always talking about Evel Knievel, especially when we were on our bikes. I remember jumping stumps, among other things. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Evel holds the record for broken bones, with 40. Just imagine the total number of bones that have been broken by kids trying to imitate him! He had a "morphine pain pump" surgically implanted. Anyway, after doing some reading, it seems that Evel's last jump was the Crystal Cathedral.
