| too much pain
23 years, 10 months and 8 days of sobriety. I've seen a lot and i know the drill someone I love is dying from brain cancer and I've never felt pain like this... thought i could handle anything till this and now I don't know anymore |

I'm sorry you're both going thru this Joe, I know it can't be easy. And we both know all the wrong ways to deal with it, so I won't list them. I hope you can find the strength for you and for the other person. I'm sure they'd get some comfort from having you there for them and with them. I'll keep you both in my thoughts, and we'll all be here if you want to just unload. Welcome to SoberRecovery to BTW. |

| Hang in there!!
Joe, I hope that you will find the strength that you need through this group and your own personal beliefs. I would like to recommend hospice for you and your friend. They will be able to help with pain management and help with other aspects also. I wish you the best and you will be in my prayers. Earl
