Could be. The best thing would be talk it over with your Dr. When we stop our body needs to adjust. Sleep doesn't always come in a normal pattern and it could be something as simple as that. Restless sleep. 2 weeks seems like a long time but for the body to get itself back where it wants to be... a few more weeks may be what it needs. Congratulations on the 2 weeks. You are past the toughest part. Still may be a few rough spots along the way but it does get better....much better. Sober sure is a great way. So glad I stopped as well.

It does seem like a long time but then everybody detoxes in different ways. I agree that you might want to talk to your Dr. and get his/her opinion. I know that my eyes didn't start getting their whiteness back for almost a month after I quit but I never got the pleasure of the headaches. Congratulations on the 2 weeks!! Scott |
