New to this

Hello. New to this so hopefully anyone out there can bare with me... don't know what to say other than I am confused about wanting to quit. I know I need to but I don't think I'm strong enough and don't want to fail

Hi and welcome fatboy

Support really made the difference for me - it was wonderful to have people to lean on, to get advice from and to be accountable to.

I never though I'd find the strength to not smoke but I found I wasn't weak at all, in fact I was a lot stronger than I thought I ever was.

I'm sure you'll find that too if you give yourself the chance

There are some links at the top of the forum that may help -
http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...ful-links.html

and please do keep posting - you can do this, just as many of us have

D
