yeah I know. I am not gonna go to it it was just weird to hear today, in the same building where I went to the chiropractor that a new weed dispensary opened. I am hoping I am right about my breathing problems being from babesia because at least that is treatable.
I will find out more next week.

In the meantime, I am still also feeling blah and kind of depressed! I know this is also par for the course.
I want to be more active, exercise, be happier, be fitter, cook better, be more inspired, earn more money, have more energy.
But right now I am still kind of sedentary- mostly due to my terrible health thing that has cropped up.
Got this new exercise bike and only used it a few times so far and then this breathing thing stopped me.
I am grateful though that this clinic had such a soon opening for me. That was really lucky I think. So I hope I can straighten out this health thing, and then do more of what I want to do. for now I am feeling kind of depressed.

day 49. doing ok. Feeling a little improvement in my health issue since I started the herbal medicines from the clinic I go to next week.
I think I will get a lot of help there and come back home and continue to improve, and then can start focusing outward again.

On another note- MJ just got legalized in a state that is not my own but is 1/2 hour drive from me. So that will surely be a temptation once that goes underway. I do think legalization is great though, whether I can smoke it or not.
Just taking it day by day. Off in two days for a week to my health clinic. Not looking forward to the traveling but I am looking forward to being at the clinic for 5 days and getting help form my dr there. I am pretty sure what I am having is some kind of flare from a tick borne illness that has wreaked a lot of havoc in my life over the last three years, but I was doing pretty well for a while from the help of this clinic, and I look forward to getting more help.
Still, as for MJ this is the longest sober I have been in a long time.

Day 53.
doing ok
I am here at my great health clinic, getting help with my breathing . My dr has confirmed it is "air hunger" from a lyme co infection and it is something he has seen a lot and helped other patients with, so I am hopeful. It is kind of coming and going for now.

That's interesting Windy. We have a lot of tics out where I live and I'm ready to move into town. A big part is because I am constantly worried about lymes disease. I'm glad you're seeing a good dr., and hope you feel better soon. Keep up the good work, I'm impressed!

Day 61. this is for sure the longest I have gone in as long as I can remember!
All my recent times off have been 3 weeks or so, so I am at 8 weeks.
Starting to crave pot.
On the other hand some things in life are getting better. I feel more joy. I joined a yoga studio and started yoga classes again.

Do you have a strategy in place for when you crave pot Windytown?

day 67. health starting to improve since I spent a week at a good ( natural) health clinic.

One good thing that has happened, and probably would not have if I were still smoking, is I joined a yoga studio just 10 minutes from my house. I did one of those pay for unlimited classes per month things.
It has just been since last week- but I managed to do 4 yoga classes last week, and then did the first of what I hope will be four classes this week today.
So that is a good addition to my life and will help with strength and flexibility in my body.

day 83 sober. Have had some significant improvement in my breathing since going to my health clinic for a week ( about almost 4 weeks ago) but still far from perfect. Some aspects of it are way better but I still have this heavy tight chest thing happening, some days worse and some better.Had a decent week but today was bad with it.I am on a three month protocol from my dr at the clinic for it so I hope it just continues to improve. Still fine with being sober.
