Thumbs up Welcome!

Welcome to this sub forum dealing with marijuana addiction
We intend it to be a place of support and recovery to those who have experienced marijuana addiction.

This forum is not the place to debate topics like medical marijuana.
Topics like legalisation are allowed in a limited way, so long as we don't get into politics.

There is more than enough scope to discuss those issues elsewhere on the web.

Look forward to meeting new and old members alike

Welcome all ye weed quitters! I got so much support here and it really helped me quit despite feeling like I was never going to. Life is so much better and pushing through those uncomfortable early days/weeks was really worth it.

Hi Tom

Like I said above this forum is for folks who have a problem with pot and want to stop.
We are a recovery site, and most of us in this forum have had negative experiences with marijuana and addiction.

We do have a Pain Management in Recovery forum you might like to take a look at, though?
Recovery and Pain Management - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I am sorry for your pain tho.
I empathise.

I have chronic pain myself and it can get debilitating and very depressing.

I'm not a Dr tho so I can't recommend anything else for you.

Exercise and some anti depressants have helped me, but they may not be suitable for you.

If you have pain and pot is working for you, that's your business. It nearly destroyed me, but we;re all different I guess?

If you have concerns about it, why not see a Dr yourself?
A pain clinic might be able to help you find a non addictive but effective pain relief?

This is an important forum. AFAIK, it is the only one of its kind. Thanks for making it!
