It always amazes me how smiling is sooo contagious......and what is REALLY contagious??? Yawning!! LOL.........I am on the phone alot with my husband during the week(he's only home weekends) and he can say the word ..yawn..I yawn........or just seeing someone yamn.....the same thing.Freaky, really...............hang on..........yamn coming on!

LOL...............I don't feel all smilie everyday....that's for sure! But ya gotta stock up you know? Get it while the gettin's good, I say.

I HATED smiling in early recovery.........oh my.it pissed me off actually! Then I started ..just all of a sudden.........a smile would break out across my face....and it felt foreign, exotic even...........I had spent sooo long frowning and tensed up........I don't know...smiles are good for you. Just wanted to share one with ya all...............................

So true! I can remember being in a bad mood and stinkin' thinkin' and then someone smiled at me -- and of course, I had to smile back. It made me lighten up and feel good. It's the little things that make a difference in one's day.
