1. Use the scale at the left side top is + bottom is - also once you zoom use the mouse to pull the map in whichever direction you want to. Then zoom, move map etc...

The pic on your signature can be found at the top left under "User CP" then find Signature also on the left side. To actually a get a picture up there I think Ped has a tutorial for that much. Good luck!

If you are looking for your house, this might be easier http://maps.google.com/ just put in the address and hit search, then hit the satelite at the top right or hybrid....

Actually, that doesn't tell you much!

Click on that link, then the link to the list of pictures.

When you find one you like, right click on it and save to your computer.

Click on "user CP" (top left, dark blue bar)

Click on edit avatar.

Click on "browse" and find the picture you saved.

Click on the picture, then click "open" - it should upload.

Click "save changes" and your avatar should be in place.

You can also upload a picture of your own, as long as the file size isn't too big.
