Hi Im Sharon and Im an Alcoholic.

By the Grace of my HP and people
like you here in SR I havent found
it necessary to take a drink of
alcohol since 8-11-90.

For that and you I am truely
grateful.

Spring is here and Summer is near.

There are lots of festivals heading
up this yr.. All the way from BBQ
festivals to crawfish festivals, to
Strawberry festivals....to Sturgis
for bikers.

Where would go for a good festival?

Give us ur best shot...

You mentioned BBQ so I have to mention Memphis in May. The first weekend of May is always the Beale St. Music Festival. A lot of great music for 3 days at a great price, but it *always* manages to rain that weekend so it turns into a big drunken mud fest! UGH. The 3rd weekend is the BBQ Festival/Contest. YUM but it's the most fun if you know someone with a tent and you can hang out there. The 4th weekend is Sunset Symphony.

I'm also looking forward to our local Greek Festival and Italian Festival. YUM YUM YUM.

Us too. It snowed last weekend - most snow this area has had in 40 years, no less - and today it's going to be 65. WTF? I'm sure next week we'll have a dip back down in the 30's just for fun...

Im not going ..dont think I could handle the mud....but its some great line up this year. electric picnic more civilized!! Went to see Cathy Davie in dublin last weekend she was great. check her on u tube.
