Twitter is social network site thingy not unlike Facebook or a blog of sorts. By "following" someone, you subscribe to their Twitter posts (called "tweets").

Think I'll stick with FB - even that is a pain in the azz though. Thank God it wasn't around when I was drinking. I can just imagine the pics that would be on there.
