you got me on this one............it was the hardest thing I have ever done.......I am giving up my fast food, what do I mean......we order out pizza at least 2 times a week....when we are out and about and my sugar drops or just something sounds good...I mean like 200 a month on junk.....we dont eat ANY type of processed food here at home soooooooooooooo I guess it would be to give up ALL processed foods......( do you know I have never cooked with hamburger helper?)
