| I got nothin' | Nintendo I mean the Nintendo, the original NES...not this fancy, shmancy Wii. Those were the days...blowing on the cartridge…popping it back up…wiggling it into place...and then maybe five minutes later you could play. Now I can’t get my Nintendo to play for more than 10 minutes before it craps up and the pixels degrade into white. Sheer sadness… What were your favorite games? Old Nintendo only! 8-bit all the way! I was a sucker for R.C. PRO-AM II and I love NINJA GAIDEN (although I still haven’t beaten this one! I’m pathetic!)

heehee, I had a nintendo also, and then a N-64 (64 Megapixels or Megabytes!! WOW!! not) I cant really remember many games from the origional one, I got it just because no one in grade school was cool unless they had one. Mostly played the Luigi Bros. Was there tetris for the origional? I love tetris. |

| You "youngsters" were so darned privileged! Is anybody old enough to remember the very first video game? I think it was called Pong (with sound effects)...it was a ball bouncing back and forth on the screen. We thought it was the greatest! If we only knew what was to come about 60 years later.

Pong was before my time...My family had an Intellivision when I was around 4 or 5. When I was old enough, I played BurgerTime, Snafu, and B-17 Bomber. LOL. Back then, that would have been like splurging on one of the newly released higher-end game systems that come out today. That wasn't a typical thing for my parents to do, but they did it. I've been playing video games ever since I was wee-little.
