I saw this thread on another forum and thought it was a great idea! I am not a professional, but have a huge interest in photography. If anyone else wants to share their pics, please do so!!

These are in Joshua Tree National Park in Southern California. I live on the outskirts of the park.

When I go to places like that I don't have to think about anything...it's wonderful.

((Bam)) - the day I went to High Falls and took that picture, that's exactly why I went...I didn't have to think, all I had to do was appreciate the beauty.

Cindi - just checked it out. It's near Helen, which I have been to several times, but can't believe I missed the falls (I LOVE waterfalls).

Road trip coming up, WITH camera

I just saw Tom's nature pics and they are beautiful! I love trees and sometimes I paint them.
