Hockey Anyone?

I'm wickedly enjoying the playoffs this year as an avid Pens fan that may just see them last out the first round. woohoo!

Anyone else a fan?

Did you happen to catch yesterdays accidental open mike during a fight at the boards (NJ vs NY) ?

I am a red wings fan. Love hockey use to play when I was younger and lived in Michagan.

Sens fan here...Cece , thanks for starting this thread.. I saw a hockey thread in the men's room and I wanted to join in but couldn't cuz I'm not a man....
Sens are in a tough spot and the pens are truly awesome this year, definitely a contender...Spezza is probably gonna sit out the game tonight as well as our other big guns...gonna be tough...next two games are key for Ottawa...

Yeah, Windy, remember that guy back in the 70's for the Flyers, Dave the Hammer I think he was called. His fights were killer.

I'm from Boston, but a Flyers fan from way back in the Bobby Clarke days. Only been to one Bruins game in my whole life.

Oh I don't know...I was getting a little worried in the first half or so of the game. The Sens were all over the Pens...and the crowd sounded like they were on the ice with them!

Well if it makes you feel any better, my BF wants a loss on Wed so we can watch the game at home on Saturday, and take the series.
I can't say I share his thought process, as I would NOT trust Ottawa to not make a come back

I can understand his reasoning..that would be nice for Pittsburgh fans. but no worries...for pens fans if ottawa went back to the burgh...Ottawa has to win four straight to pull it out of the fire.

I really really want to see our conference take the cup this year. I'm SO tired of hearing how much better the teams are in the west. Thats another point the BF and I often disagree on. If the pens get beat, I want to see that team go all the way. That way I can "claim" we were a close second. lol
