I opened a little restuarant the other day. It is lot's of fun I love shopping for it.

I serve smoothies, fresh squeezed juice, wrap sandwiches, and of course coffee.

I live in Charlotte NC. My restautant is near the University so I get a lot of students frequenting my establishment.

It is called AMAZON CAFE. Come on in and get healthy with me if you are in town.

You know it is so interesting the way it happened. Oneday i was doing my thang and the next day I owned a restaurant. There are alot of things i need to do to get it running the way it needs to run. i am working on my inventory at this time. Some of the stock is not what I want and I need to get more involved with ordering.

It started out as a franchanse but I do not know if i want it to stay one. I like most of the menu. I kinda wish I had closed it gotten very familar with everything in there and then reopened it. It is overwhelming in a way. I know I will work it out and I do like solving problems so this is a very good project for me. I may still close it for a day or 2.
