here is something that I have been trying recently as a way to clear my head I put my attention on the space or field surrounding my body, instead of on my thoughts or within the body this seems to clear my head and wake me up more to the present surroundings also, it's something I can practice while I'm moving around doing other things, doesn't need to be done sitting still for me it has been helpful for something else I have been practicing, which is to notice when I really should just stop thinking about myself for a while but I have also been doing it for its own sake -- maybe I will accidentally learn how to levitate -- I should also try it for working on creative projects this winter, as a way of becoming receptive to new stuffreinventing the wheel for the low, low price of $49.95, "Josh" |
