Ending Resentments.

1...When anyone hurts you,put ..spiritual...iodine on the wound at once,
.....That is to pray about it.If you do not do this,it will fester.
2...If resentments have, hardened in your thoughts, apply grievance drainage.
....That is,open your mind and let the grievance flow out.
3...Do this by unburdening yourself to a......trusted....friend,GOD,or write a letter to the person against whom you have the resentment. Then tear it up and while holding the paper in your hand, pray for the person, and forgive them.
4...Become fully aware of the harm resentment can do to you, even make you ill.
5...Don't stop with forgiving a time or two.
....Do it,all the time.Even do it 70 times,7.and more.
6...Thinking about forgiving is not enough. You must come to a specific moment when you say....
.....With God,s Help,i can now forgive.
7...Repeat the Lord,s Prayer,inserting your offenders name,
....Example,Forgive me my trespasses as i forgive ...name,..etc,etc.
8...Pray for the other person, asking specific blessings for them, especially concerning matters which have previously annoyed you the most.
9...Speak in a kindly and complimentary manners and as often as possible about the person against whom you harbour antagonism.Find the good in everyone you meet. Its there in all.
10...Make a sincere study of the personabily factors which created an unhappy relationships
......So that the mistake pattern in yourself may not re-cure,.
Auther Norman Vincent Peale...

An absolute lesson which should be read by one and all. I thank you for sharing this with us, and reminding us that with God by our side, we can accomplish anything. Even letting go of resentment.
