I didn't know if there was a forum for news at SR, but I wanted to share this story from BBC. Anthropology has always been one of my hobbies, so you can imagine the amazement I felt when reading this:

They found stone tools made by a hominid with a brain the size of a chimpanzee. Absolutely amazing...

I have a friend who teaches anthropology at Temple University. The anthropology world is jazzed right now.
