| I can see clearly now...
All, heard this song on the radio and the lyrics hit home to all on our various road to recovery. I dedicate this to my brother 28 years sober who used this song so may years ago as inspiration for recovery and for just feeling good. The days of lies, hangovers, guilt, shame and misery are hopefully in the rear view mirror. I can see clearly now the rain has gone I can see all obstacles in my way Gone are the dark clouds that made me crash It's going to be a bright, bright sunshiny day I think I can ride now the pain has gone And all of the scabs and grazes have disappeared Here's the bow-ti I've been praying for It's gonna be a bright, bright sunshiny day Look all around there's nothing but blue skies Look straight ahead nothing but blue skies I think I can ride the fells now the rain has gone And all of the mud + puddles have disappeared I can ride again now the rain has gone It's gonna be a bright, bright Sunshiny day Jimmy Cliff
