i visited this board last month and flicked back a few threads whereupon someone had written up affirmations for people who are helping others who are having difficulties. It was kinda like saying how to be self-assertive. :doh: I've had a look back but i'm having difficulty in locating it. Could anyone help by posting it back up for me, s'il vous plait.
