| Morning Prayer for Sobriety Higher Power, today I pray that you be my protection— —my barrier, my shield, my armor, my bubble, my spiritual defense against that first drink or drug, as I have no mental defense. Please protect me from temptation, from triggers, cravings, destructive urges and impulses, and keep me clean, sober, and free from harming myself or others all through the day 'til I go to bed tonight. AMEN!!

Thanks again, Tammie! Yet another prayer I need to resume praying every morning. I'm supposed to pray this every morning and do my gratitude list and prayer every night, but I haven't been for a while now. Will you remind me? LOL Love, Eddie
