just coming back from another AA meeting this makes my 5th meeting .its starting to get easier to be there as well as will myself and make the commitment to going . tonight there was a women that talked .She was in really bad shape she had a few heart surgery's and was recovering the doctor told her it would be a year before she would get her strength back.Despite all that she still managed to show up to AA Meetings towards the closing of her speech .she looked out and said to all those of you who are new comers and first timers "If you feel you've come to the end of your rope,tie a knot and hang on,you'll get through it "..

When she said that ,it just cemented itself in my mind and heart because that was the reason why i was there at AA because i've reached the end of my rope ..i hope this quote finds each and every one of you well and enables you to keep your head up on those rough days .i know it will with me .for the rest of my life
