Something my sponsor told me - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I was having a hard time in forgivimg myself and I was not willing to share about it. I finally told my sponsor what was going on and I felt better. I told her this and her reply wasYou can't heal what you can't express . Now I try to express all the feelings I am feeling. I am healing and will continue to through this journey of recovery.

Boy aint' that the truth.. that's been difficult for me to do as well with my sponce... but am getting better.. much better at it!! BTW... welcome and glad your with us to share your experiance, strength and hope!!
