Common False Beliefs

1. I don't need anyone.

3. If I am not in control, something bad will happen.

8. I will always fail, no matter how hard I try.

Yeah, Those always shed light on the dark areas. The big thing seems even if

we are a atheist or don't really believe in anything WE DO HAVE BELIEFS.

Another observation I have had is that the are contageous from

person to person. They were big in my life at one point and it really gets me

to wonder if those very same thoughts/beliefs was the spiritual sickness that I

had before I began drinking heavily. We got sick spiritually sick first, then

emotionally then mentally then physicaly. Healing has come in reverse order.
