There she was
in front of the house
all skin and bones
her feet so sore
no telling where she was going
or where she'd been before
She just lay there
looking up at me
with big brown eyes
and a sort of plea
Well I reached out and touched her
and coaxed her onto her feet
She made it to the porch
and had something to eat
It wasn't long at all
before she was accepted
by All the family
She was ours to keep
and got her name
from where she was found
found on Ralston Street.~

Ralston was 6 months old when she came into our lives, a beautiful Saint Bernard mix. We had two little shaggy dogs and 5 cats so she fit right in!! We had Ralston almost 14 years, and the stories about her are still being shared.
