My Path

I want to be like her
But I am me

I want to see through the mists like her
But I am me

I want to be driven like her
Clear like her
Powerful like her
Bold like her

But I am me

I want the Goddess to speak to me
Like her

I am me

I want my time to be now
like her
I want to feel worthy
like her
Have a mission
like her

But I am me

Yet

Sometimes

In the stillness of me
In the shyness of me
The invisibility of me

A voice in me speaks

Someone turns

And I remember

I am me

In that moment

I think I hear a whisper

"Blessed Be"
