To dwell on the past, or worry about the future...robs us today of it's happiness...so live for today. For every hour, minute and second.
Life is made of glass...fragile and beautiful and clear and reflective and bright, you can put colours into glass and so too into life.
Be strong, loyal and true and honest and modest...love yourself as you are who controls what your legacy of life shall be to those you love.
Be a good, sober and pure bodied soul.
List what it is you want to do in life...sailing, skydiving, caving, travelling, studying, cycling, walking, scuba diving, learn an instrument, yoga or gym...anything!
Life is far too short to mess about with...before we know it - the end has come - and then one is no more. Wuooof gone. Lets enjoy what we have while we can.
My prayers and trust and heart and soul to you all and then, too, myself.
