Just thought I would post this. I haven't written in awhile. Maybe this will get me back into it. I don't know how ( or if) I can upload the track:

JEKYLL AND HYDE

The first thing I remember is the first thing I regret.
Some folk’s drink for pleasure, I drink to forget.
Smashed my car; get tossed from bars; this happens every
week.
It’s a way of life that you can’t deny.
Take another shot, everything’s all right.
Black are the thoughts, that I have buried deep.
They come back to haunt me, while I am trapped here in my
sleep…

My Jekyll and my Hyde. They both live inside of me.
The only friend that I have is this bottle in my hand.
I can’t put up a fight. The thirst it takes a hold of me.

Wake up face down, on the kitchen floor.
I drank all night, yet I’m going to drink some more.
What did I do or say? I did not mean to break your heart.
Sometimes I lose control, before the evening starts.

It's been awile since I uploaded on myspace but I think I needed to convert the files to mp3 so they would fit.
