The growth in movement: from seed to sprout


I used to dissipate quickly into pain
Now I flow,
With wisdom and knowledge
into the movement,
make a mental note
correct the posture
and enter the world
walking with courage,

in the movement
there is a meaning
there is a strength
with a feeling,
there is a sketch
and then a landscape
and with every step
you keep achieving
if you follow the movement
you will feel that flow
the truth you’ve been searching
only the senses to show
only the ones who are ready
see, feel, hear
the need to let go
from the Portuguese form of tragedy
from the river's melancholy

not to loose time,
time with things that don’t teach
things that discourage
I have no sort of need
but the choice, you have it
this moment won't come again
you can loose it for eternity
or use it with all you can

but stop
what are you now
you always now the theory
but the practical of life you fear it,unwary
stop
and do it
you are what you need
the matter you can mold you have it there
so why does fear live in this house

the light comes and goes
but the solution is the same
the paper is clean
the walls are empty
what have you built
with your fear?
the enemy has won
you see what they can take isn’t life
what they take
is your precious time
while you should live
they steal your moment
your moment in time

Courage is needed
For change to happen
But happiness is an answer
To the fierceness of the spirit,
Joy brings worries
Brings the need to keep the fight
And it still takes courage
To keep that joy alive,
A second is a moment
but a second used right,
if you live it with passion
it’s a moment in time,

Not to be a hero
But to be fulfilled
You see soon I'll count my blessings
Freedom is the true glory
Not because time is short
But because I know nothing
The more I know my faults
The more I realize
as i love the mirrored man
how i love to be alive

So the excuse of soon to be dead
is no longer for take
because there's only one road ahead,
a step and then a step, to make
and you, so happy that you're safe
what news do you get,
get up and walk your way
i know He will be there!


as long as this is my day
and that is my night
i shall do everything i can
to enjoy the palpable, this life,
Like a paragraph in a book
can become a book's quote
the next line to follow
is a shoulder of support,
what am i really about ?
i can't be summarized
so the sum of who i am
exposes the new man

change of actions
different situations
your self becomes more of itself,
everytime you grow, you felt
so i am a free creature
with nothing to define
tough i love my vague features
i am just a different kind
oh yes i have not known
my spirit of tomorrow
oh yes i have not known
even a bit of all my powers

in the science of feelings
tears are nothing
if a smile is not there after
to make a moment something
a runner on a track
is only an opening
unless there's the movement
to make a moment something
silence is the tool
to fight the next mistake
before the action, use knowledge
you might still be saved
it's the sense's discovery
and the true exposure
who you are in silence
is who you are in closure



the ant searches for food
carries the seeds of tomorrow
she has a power in her
her queen does need her

a plant can only grow
when the seed is focused on the sprout
and not on the ant,
each one fighting for its own
even on the ants’ back
the plant can still grow
using her sweat
and what she already knows
