| Too much sleep.
I often don't feel rested enless I have like 12-16 hours of sleep. It keeps me from getting up and going to school in the morning. Does anyone else feel like this?

My recovering abf has the same issues. He would sleep 12-15 hours every day if he could. This is when he feels finally rested. He does have sleep issues, I think he has some form of apnea, but his doctor says it will keep getting better with the longer he is in his recovery. Hope this helps.

Yes, I am having that problem at the moment, and it also stops me from going to school. Except for me it is more like 10/11 hours (which is still a lot for me, though). At my worst, usually during my period, I can't function unless I get 12-14 hours sleep. It might have something to do with low iron, or anemia. It could also be a symptom of chronic fatigue syndrome, if you're still feeling tired during the day. You might want to check it out with a doctor if it's becoming seriously disabling. |
