Fear Of What May Happen

Lately my mind has this thought because I have so much I been holding in and recently hit rock bottom from addiction to meth, but trying to slowly come back up with no one to talk to has me stuck but also worried because I am very confused, that I will explode but while I am sleep walking. I live with my family and I'd be devastated, I love them so much. I dont know why I'm having these thoughts all of the sudden but I can't fall asleep until I know everyone's up or doors are locked barely that. What do I do ?

I would make an appointment with my Doctor or an addiction counselor to discuss what's going on, Deziraye.

Get some help to deal with your fears. Can you speak with your family in the meantime?

I agree with Opi, counseling might be a lot of help. Try not to project into the future so much. I used to do the same thing and had to train myself not to do that.
