Desperate to sleep

I haven't been able to sleep properly all week, i was up clock watching until past 4 a.m. Had to get up at 7. I am running on empty, moody, irritable and anxious. I feel sick.

What do you do to get to sleep? How do you switch off your brain?

Check out the Sticky's above for some sleep suggestions.

What's going on? Are you in Recovery? Newly in Recovery? This can certainly affect things.

I get beyond crabby when I don't get sleep. Especially if there is any other stress. Good luck...check back and let us know how it's going.
