The Devil and his workers. BAD DREAMS

I have at times had very bad dreams! I still do. I have had dreams of somthing in my room. I have woken and chased with goose bumps all over me and my hart pounding. I have had dreams of the devil looking like a hot girl and trying to make me have sex with him to have a child. I thought I have felt the cat jump on my bed and then I look and nothing is there. I wake up crying out! My wife and I sleep in differnt rooms and she has had to wake me before. The other night I had a dream about a pack of wolfs around me and when I was giving my hand over to the lead wolf to take me my 19 month old doughter woke me up by crying like she had a bad dream! My wife was already in the room by the time I got there and I asked her if I was crying out and she said no. I feel like a child having to sleep with my door open or the TV on. Sotimes I want to sleep so bad but I know that Im going to have a bad dream and will not be able to get to sleep. As a child I would sleep walk. I dont do that anymore. Just bad dreams. I can remember some of my dreams for years. I can discribe what is in them to this day. I'm not a big church person. I think sometime maybe I should be?

If you're still around fluffy I'd be interested in an update or more info from you. Your Post is interesting.

It could be in your diet. Cheese enchiladas with lots of onions for dinner are a recipe for vivid dreams. Ice cream before bed will do it as well.

I try to have a light supper and no desert.

Good luck.

I have been having wicked bad dreams the past three nights! my husband has had to wake me and is not sure what to do. Some of them I can remember parts of and others I can't. Monday morning I woke up very disturbed and it took an hour to get outta the funk! I cry out, scream and mess up all the sheets and comforters. It is really scarry!

Uh, listen, whether you understand this or not, there are demons assigned to our substance abuse! Nightmares are common when trying to get sober or clean and it has nothing to do with diet. It has everything to do with the demon trying to pull you back into this mess so he can eventually destroy you. We have allowed this spirit to run amuck in our lifes for so long and when we attempt to get sober or clean everything in our being cries out against it. The solution? Just continue to stay sober or clean and it will get better. My nightmares are not near as bad or often as they once were.

I really believe that there is more to it than a bad diet, but I have had nightmares after eating pizza late at night or some other heavy food. Chocolate is a trigger too.
