I take trazadone and seraquil.

I take 150mg of each and still can't find relief to sleep at all, I spend all night staring at re-runs or staring at the wall.

it really is best to go back to the Doctor who prescribed you the meds and let them know of your problem.

I take 100mg trazadone for sleep. I do get enough sleep but at irregular hours.

Insomnia is stressful, I hope you and your doctor can work something out.
