| Got A Problem
Well, ive had sleeping problems since my teens, but now that im 21 & in the working world, not being able to sleep is really affecting my world negatively. My parents just think im a lazy bum who doesnt want to work, but honestly all i want is a good night's sleep. The only time i sleep sufficiently is when i get sh*t face wasted, & thats not helping me, in fact ive been using alcohol as a sleeping pill for awhile now. Without it i go for days, not sleeping, thinking im going insane, it makes my head want to explode at times, i start to think negatively & it sucks.....anyone else have problems like this?

Talk to your doctor. There could be physical problems causing this. Thyroid problems can cause sleep disorders. Sleep apnea can cause problems. Don't try to treat it yourself.
